Endoscopy is a powerful diagnostic tool and non-invasive procedure that allows us to pass a tube with a tiny cameras into cavities. This allows us to examine internal organs without surgery. At Crofton Downs Veterinary Clinic we can provide the following endoscopic services:

This is where an endoscope is passed into the upper gastrointestinal organs to assess for disease. We can perform:
- Endoscopic examination and biopsies

- Endoscopic assisted gastropexy
- Endoscopic PEG tube placement (feeding tube)
Rhinoscopy (dogs only)
Our rhinoscope allow us to examine the internal structure of a dogs nose to assess for diseases such as fungal disease, cancers and foreign bodies. We can remove foreign bodies and/ or take biopsies as needed.
